   We’ll also talk openly about your budget, helping you make informed decisions from the beginning.

   Design & planning

   Once we understand your vision, we can take care of:

   • Architectural drawings
   • Planning permission
   • Building Control
   • Design development and specifications

   Everything is properly designed and approved before work begins.

4. 04

   A clear, detailed quotation

   Before we start, you’ll receive a detailed quotation setting out exactly what’s included and what it will cost.

   No guessing. No confusion about what you’re paying for. We both begin with a clear understanding of the project.

5. 05

   We build your project

   Once the plans, approvals and quotation are agreed, our team gets to work. We manage the build, coordinate the trades and keep you informed as the project moves forward.

6. 06

   Completion & sign-off

   As the project comes to an end, we make sure the relevant paperwork and certification are completed, including:

   • Electrical certificates
   • Gas certificates
   • Building Control sign-off

   You can enjoy your new space knowing the work has been properly completed.
